Philippe Dubreuil - Jardiniste - Architecte paysagiste

Since undertaking my first commissions in central London in 1997, I have visited many countries to design gardens from the simplest to the grandest.

Whether it be a town garden of 100 sq. metres, a 500 sq. metre garden of shade-loving plants in the centre of town, a simple terrace, an historic country house or a garden on the sea front, each demands that search for balance and harmony which is to be found in the vast botanical palette which Nature places at our disposal.

Each project has presented its challenges. After the abundance of choice of plants in England, there were the constraints which the city imposes on gardens in London and Paris, those of the Moroccan oasis and yet more in the gardens of the coasts of Cape Cod in the United States.
